Godrej is a good company to work with. You can balance your work life and personal life very well as it is 5 days of working being a CSR as well. There are no rotational shifts. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.

The salary scale is low and carrier growth is also limited.

Salary is on time and compensation is good ,incentive structure is also good. Products are famous and respectable brand in the market

High pressure sales job, burden of work is too high as you are expected to perform multiple tasks without any help , work life balance is poor because you hesitate to take leave as it will increase your work lord
