the company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. i love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliability.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. also, there is no on ob in training for freshers

Company policies are good but some leaders behavior forces you to leave the company.

...ineers are made to work day night in company and the don't have personal life. The call even in evening and when ask for promotion or salary hike than ask what you did for promotion and one more thing company is running in loss so don't expect.

...environment & culture. Godrej management is good. Company policies are too good. They give good salary hike and bonus every years on timely in the months. And good safaty management in godrej company.

There is a lot of politics and the management very good. Company is doesn't increment in salary. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... very supportive Seniors and management. Site work culture changes site to site. Although company has good pay scale, ontime salary, better variable pay system. Company will stand with you in your crisis.

Company need some improvement in implementation of culture at site. Site deviations must be addressed by superior at once. Otherwise company is very comfortable place to work.

Just worried about KRA. 7.Tactically forcing to work on holidays. 8. Apply techniques to prevent taking leave 5 days or a week vacation. 9. Full of devil's advocate
