...er. But your boss is bad only thinks about himself then it's worst to work here. If you are goodieee with your boss your salary rise like a rocket. I personally experience this.
So one thing is sure and I have learnt from my past experience.
Don't love your company
Love your work what you are doing.
Company doesn't care about you at all. If you not perform they will throw you out. This thing is so common in every company after pandemic.
> Due to Worker Union difficult to get desired jobs done by them
> ITI / Diploma level experienced persons are promoted to HOD level which I feel worst system in the organization because such HODs doesn't give path to their sub ordinates for any development.
1. Brand value
2. Better Salary compared to the industry
3. Well-documented company policies
4. Perks and Benefits are better than the industry standards
5. Job Security is better than the industry
1. People working here are egoistic, you cannot expect anyone to approve anything without you requesting them multiple times.
2. HR's are approachable till your induction period. Then all of a sudden they become distant. Your perks and policies are not explained well by them.
3. IT infrastructure is extremely poor. The laptops provided by the company are of substandard quality. Lack of essential software, sub-standard hardware not able to run demanding tasks, and even daily tasks such as opening PDF files and 2-3 tabs in a web browser make the system non-responsive. The only solution is a hard reset.
4. Your colleagues and seniors (especially "O" & "P" band people) won't help you with explaining any company processes and policies. People here chit-chat for hours but when anyone wants to discuss policies, they disappear. Basically, you have to figure out everything by yourself.
5. Few people don't work at all but are well-connected in Internal Politics. I have seen this similar thing in my previous organizations too, but here it is seen almost everywhere. I rarely saw anyone worried about work not going as per plan.
