Since I am in maintenance, access to a lot of things to learn, be it new projects coming up or new machines. Discipline is very important in the company. And the best and most beautiful thing I like is the green nature and least pollution in the company.

Dislikes

Everything else is fine. But the duration of traineeship is 3 years. And the salary increased by the company comes as a incentive not as actual salary. Ex. My salary has 19000 but actual salary show in 16000 and 3000 come in as aincentive.

During initial stage of lockdown company supported with work from home facility, it also giving salary on time during this pandemic.

There is nothing to dislike about such a wonderful and caring organisation.

...t is the best department. Workers are very skilled. You can get food facilities. Kaizen points helps to get additional salary benefits. Only thing I noticed that there's a conflict between the company and a labour organisation on issue of increment and these people hardly cooperate with you during work. Rest all things are excellent enough in my view.

...height 2.Oiling for the bosses & even their family members ego satisfaction 3.No transparency during salary hike, promotion 4.Internal politics, making the colleagues frustrated by insulting. 5.Micromanaging at its height 6.Wrong people at HO, no idea at all about the market. Just worried about KRA. 7.Tactically forcing to work on holidays. 8. Apply techniques to prevent taking leave 5 days or a week vacation. 9. Full of devil's advocate

Salary, hike and bonus were good. Flexible working time. Little exposure to the warehouse operations. No layoff.

Dislikes

No work from home option. More SOPs. No proper data storage of projects. Attrition rate is high. From the view of design and manufacturing, very few learning opportunities are available. Replacement of leaving employees takes more time. Work pressure is high.
