TRANSFER WITHOUT KNOW ANYONE FAMILY SITUATION , SALARY HIKES AND PROMOTIONS AND EXTRA BENEFITS AS PER THE POLITICS DEPENDS ON THE WHAT TYPE OF RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR MANAGER AND ALSO IT IS RELATED TO CAST SIDE ALSO And Etc.
Godrej is a great brand and trust worthy company which give more value to the people.
Dislikes
It's nothing to dislike, but there will be dis agree in compensation part. It should be increased alot. After covid the survival of the middle class person like became very miserable. Atleast upto L1 level compensation should maintain at par industry.
Overall it's an employee oriented company. Flexible in working culture. Leave policy made to meet the work life balance. Sick leave given on the basis of Trust.
Skill development & growth opportunities lag. Management doesn't support as per the requirement. Utterly slow growth with very low skill development opportunities available.
Good work electrical equment .teammates are supportive and the management

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not givenn to new joiners.
