The work life balance is slightly on the Average side. Being a predominantly sales organisation has its own flaws.

OWNER “MR. NBG” And MD “ MR. BSY” GOOD HEART AND HEARTLY FEELING PERSONS. EMPLOYEES SALARY ALWAYS ON TIME ONE DAY AGO BUT NOT ONE DAY LATE.

THERE ARE LACK POINT IS MANAGEMENT SO THERE ARE TO MANY PERSONS LEFT THIS ORGANISATION CAUSE OF LESS SALARY, POLITICS BY MANAGER’S , TRANSFER WITHOUT KNOW ANYONE FAMILY SITUATION , SALARY HIKES AND PROMOTIONS AND EXTRA BENEFITS AS PER THE POLITICS DEPENDS ON THE WHAT TYPE OF RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR MANAGER AND ALSO IT IS RELATED TO CAST SIDE ALSO And Etc.

Godrej is a great brand and trust worthy company which give more value to the people.

Dislikes

It's nothing to dislike, but there will be dis agree in compensation part. It should be increased alot. After covid the survival of the middle class person like became very miserable. Atleast upto L1 level compensation should maintain at par industry.

Overall it's an employee oriented company. Flexible in working culture. Leave policy made to meet the work life balance. Sick leave given on the basis of Trust.

Dislikes

Salary parity is not as the standard fix with Designation.

...employee benefits & allowances were comparitively better. Supportive team mates. Average salary hike.

Dislikes

Skill development & growth opportunities lag. Management doesn't support as per the requirement. Utterly slow growth with very low skill development opportunities available.
