-Very low TA/DA compared to other -FMCG companies. -Salary structure is also very low. -Call from reporting manager on unofficial hours also. Required to provide reports even on holidays. -No support from reporting manager.

Unnecessary pressure, No HRM at branch level, Lot of politics, ur feedback is taken from ur team (behind ur back), Senior reaches ur distributor point w/o informing u. Working of ASM here is equivalent to working of Sr. SO in FMCG industry.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates were very supportive.company policies were good,appraisals were fair and they gave good salary and bonus every year.

The management doesn't address our issues . Salary was decent but career growth was slow.
