In this pandemic situation, main thing is crediting salary for an employers is the main challenge, but GPI crediting salary as the same. And when I was exposed to covid 19 company supported me mentally very much.

Job security is assured in this company. If you are joining in any other department rather than SMD department than this company is best. SMD department has become worst place to work in this company.

...ys working Secondary manufacturing department which are the main operation unit. No proper pay scales even benefits are also not given properly who work on holidays and sundays too much work pressure is there less man power new joine dont continue here more than few months due to work pressure. Even leaves have to be adjusted according to the situations. Promotions and increment are not given on basis of individual performance. Management is worse of navi mumbai rabale unit they create alot of pressure on shop floors rather than finding way to tackle it.

...k with. Very good medical coverage for dependants, over and above any insurance. Did not cut salary for GM and below during COVID. Respect for the few diverse candidates.

...ue generated. No market correction for salaries so you will have to switch jobs. No salary on your notice period. Very little diversity so it's all middle aged men who want everything done their way. HR very rude and plays games.

-Very low TA/DA compared to other -FMCG companies. -Salary structure is also very low. -Call from reporting manager on unofficial hours also. Required to provide reports even on holidays. -No support from reporting manager.

Unnecessary pressure, No HRM at branch level, Lot of politics, ur feedback is taken from ur team (behind ur back), Senior reaches ur distributor point w/o informing u. Working of ASM here is equivalent to working of Sr. SO in FMCG industry.
