During my joining, a plant head was there, his decision taking power is too poor. As per instruction of Plant head, no one can left the job without his permission, while working hours can be 10-12 hours beyond. Overall Mr.Rajnandan Prasad (Plant Head) is not suitable for his designation.

Dislikes

Early coming & late going, no welfare for a employees, poor breakfast & lunch facility, time to time show cause notices arise for down line employees, remote area, no social life at Balod (CG). Poor & blind management.
