No career growth and no salary growth they didn't even changed my designation in pay slip after two years of working keeping aside increments . No bonuses very less holidays compared to its another unit

Supportive colleagues, one can kearn and grow, free hand by the management

...no reward mechanism, No monetary benefits like bonus, yearly increments etc, . Above all, No salary for the past 6 months.
