...ring this LWP period of four months which I am sure will extend in July also. I am not saying that pay us full but at least if all white collar have been paid partly all GMsand VPs then why not us. We are the actual front line people who handle queries from corporates and TMCs and what do our managers show that they are working hard. Being visually challenge is not your fault but willingly behaving like that is the biggest fault of senior management staff. Who have never even taken any Webinar or con call for atleast asking about our well being. As these people are getting partial salaries. But my point whar extra effort does RGMs and VPs are making to benefit goair and doing some value addition to our Goair. It's just a lucky post which you get and u start behaving like dictator as those employees who please you will always be safe guarded but those who don't will be slaughtered by giving the name of COVID 19. I have no complains and regrets in writing this because it's a bitter truth. I have never faced so much ambiguity in my life what I am finding now in Goair. Please don't underestimate your frontline staff who are working 24 by 7 and handling Corporate OTAs TMCs and Travel agencies regular complains. Not only this we are the one who are also handling customer queries as many times travel companies give our no.s

Of course undoubtedly LWP and management policies. Some RGMs are useless just making there numbers no knowledge of aviation. It's better you promote your managers who are anytime better to handle the market .

...oined from jet Airways.Lots of wastage of man power and resources done by them .Not to forget their promotion is done by themself after every financial year and increasing their pay check .Also not to forget they only care to fill their pockets in an unethical way even if it means the downfall or closing of the company.Examples Higher lever management like the CEO ,VP cabin crew department all jumping ships to new airline like akasa air to fill their dirty pockets again.Poor business strategy of higher level management (ex jet Airways management).very poorly underpaid cabin crew when compared to other crew from different airlines.

No job culture, no job security. Nothing special in this organization. We were unpaid for 5 months during covid and still tge game continues. We have to pay our rent, credit card bills, expenses and all but still no one cares. No one cares not even our government. I had wasted my 6 YEARS IN this organization which matters a lot .
