Nothing. They pay the least and they don't have any empathy.

Dislikes

Inhuman staff at base handling operations. They treat you like dirt and don't care even if you're dying. They do not care about staff safety and will completely ignore your pleas for help while they stick to their rules without making an exception. They even stole their grooming guidelines from their competitor with proud smiles on their face!

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but Carter grouth is slow.. Company police is not tha good.

Company is very much good n have very good consistency of growth. This company will never face the down period because of consistency level.

Everything is good except the salary which they provide to their staff. Rest all well.

The wadia group and the chairman are good people who care about their employees.Superb owner to work for.The wadia brand is a company to work for .

...oined from jet Airways.Lots of wastage of man power and resources done by them .Not to forget their promotion is done by themself after every financial year and increasing their pay check .Also not to forget they only care to fill their pockets in an unethical way even if it means the downfall or closing of the company.Examples Higher lever management like the CEO ,VP cabin crew department all jumping ships to new airline like akasa air to fill their dirty pockets again.Poor business strategy of higher level management (ex jet Airways management).very poorly underpaid cabin crew when compared to other crew from different airlines.

Due to lessors issue go first can't fly. Due to it our salary are unpaid. Due to this operation revival is too difficult. It's too difficult to survive without operation & salaries. Darkness Diwali for go first employee due to lessors issue.
