...ill pending. Went there daily for last 14 days. Still couldn't get the job done. Doesn't provide salary slip.

Vast setup with exposure to all kind of cases and patients.

Dislikes

Physiotherapy department is bit outdated , doesn't get much time with patient in OPD setup for proper assessment and management as patient count is too high . Whereas physical therapist requires minimum 30-45 minutes with one patient.

Its government job.good patient load...more hectic working hours ..pays good but more hectic..they don't care about employees...all system driven by politians n their influence seekers

Work culture is good. Hardly any teaching.

Theres no canteen in campus which is out of the city .tough time for students .one unit is headed by aparanoid ,narcissitic man who thinks he is here to change the world.he keeps all on their toes and discusses only hi fi things like conflict resolution, capacity assesmrnt maki g forensic reports with first yr students who dont know basic psychiatry students are fed up of him a1 has left one was not allowed to give exam as he didnt sign thesis.other one is in final yr without a thesis subject yet. Feel sorry for poor students tortured by him .when they posted 4pg students for covid duty he sadistically posted 8 and posted senior resodents too out of hi hsze for zhem to settle scores. A very dangerous man who is litiginous and files cases against everyone chiefly against goverments and colleagues
