My work time is too high ,when shipments have to do night with out any compensation. And their is esi & PF for Staffs. Their is no job security.

Nothing extraordinary. Atmosphere was quite homely due to colleagues and subordinates.

My opinion may be absolute individual as even after good services and handling area and team, also getting back customers who had almost left. Performing more than average on kpi. Yet there was an abrupt dissolving of division. A preferable team was always considered in all aspect. Everything revolved around one individual who handled the entire show even influenced the directors . Very disappointed . Dues held back even after asked to leave. a typical owner driven company.
