...you've no job security. Work life balance is okay, but work is for 10 hrs a day. The way they utilise you as a resource, salary is insufficient and increment cycle starts almost after an year of joining.

They never gave salary on time even though anyone did business for them. Since salary is the main thing for any person to survive and due to this their was no work-life balance & mental harassment that will they pay the salary or not. Even for my own salary I used to beg but they kept on giving excuse. Even then I could not get my salary so I had to work at another place. Did not had a good experience working with them.

1. There are plenty of opportunities to work on real projects, which helps in gaining practical knowledge. The company provides the highest level of exposure, allowing employees to work on different tasks and improve their expertise. I have gained expertise in multiple emerging tech stack like Python, multiple Cloud services, agentic AI, etc. 2. GDTC not only pushes its employees to upskill but provides many opportunities to acquire industry relevant certifications like AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solution Architect, Snowflake Fundamentals, and other Databricks Certifications through various programs. 3. Managers, leads and senior colleagues are very supportive. The work environment is designed in such a way that it is easy to reach out to seniors, and they are always ready to help. This creates a positive space where learning is continuous, and teamwork is strong. 4. All important events and festivals like National Festivals, Diwali, Eid, Women's Day many more are celebrated with great enthusiasm and involvement. This makes the workplace lively and enjoyable, helping employees feel connected and values. The company also organizes one-day trips, outings, get together events which help employees bond and build strong relationships. 4. GDTC values its employees and recognizes their hard work through awards and perks. This motivates everyone to perform their best and feel appreciated for their efforts.

Dislikes

Its a fast paced work environment which enables non linear growth and could be perceived as a con from some of the employees although it could be of pretty much support for one looking for constant growth opportunities. The company provides enough technical mentorship and trainings to get best out of every team member.

I have worked as a Data Engineer at GoDigital for the past 1.5 years. I initially joined as an intern, and within just 2 months, I was promoted to associate data engineer. During my tenure, I have gained extensive hands-on experience in Python, SQL, PySpark, various AWS services and much more. The company has provided excellent learning opportunities, including a sponsored AWS certificate, encouraging continuous growth. The work environment is highly flexible and supportive, with a culture. Mentor has been incredibly helpful at every stage.

While the rapid career growth is a great advantage, it can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially for newcomers who need more time to adapt.
