...you've no job security. Work life balance is okay, but work is for 10 hrs a day. The way they utilise you as a resource, salary is insufficient and increment cycle starts almost after an year of joining.

They never gave salary on time even though anyone did business for them. Since salary is the main thing for any person to survive and due to this their was no work-life balance & mental harassment that will they pay the salary or not. Even for my own salary I used to beg but they kept on giving excuse. Even then I could not get my salary so I had to work at another place. Did not had a good experience working with them.

They directly onboard you into project and with that you get to learn alot which will give benefit to employee only.

The culture is not good now they have started micromanaging their employees upper management team only listen to leads

Good for freshers as company needs fast learning speed.

Less Qualified Lead Engineers Consideration towards employee's issues Political culture with talks behind the back from higher management. Too many unnecessary escalations. Too many meetings.
