DO NOT JOIN. The company does not believe in treating its employees as human beings. They say “we are paying you so come work in our uncomfortable plastic chairs for insane number of hours a day”. The office has no corporate ambience or any kind of motivating culture. The management does not help you with your career goals. They are great at blackmail to get work done. There is no process in the company. There is no cafeteria, no lunch and no transport. Employees travel for hours to reach office.

This place is terrific. They do not value a single employee. Just make it quick is their all time dialogue. For anything they only shout and play blame game. I suggest anyone and everyone not to join this company.

Dislikes

The technology which they use is bit okay but other than this there is no other thing which can be appreciated. Normally an employee can stay here for max 3-6 months. Then they force them to exit. No cafeteria, no food. It sucks.
