Salary scale , growth and food facility

Learning gives a lot of things, like about work, living, discipline. The canteen and food here are good and It is in the budget. Here, cleanliness is taken care of. 5s is done here. Drinking water facility is good. Toilet and washroom facilities are available. There is a clean environment.

Dislikes

Both skilled and freshers are treated equally, based on salary and designation. Donkeys and horses are equal. In today's times, it is very difficult to maintain a household with the salary here. The annual increment of the staff level below is very low. There is no mention of annual increment at the operator (worker) level, nor is there any bonus. The company is not giving any designation to an educated person even, And neither is paying the salary he/she deserves. It becomes very difficult to give time to family, relatives and friends. It becomes difficult to make time for our hobbies when we join a job.

Madical and insurance police is very good ,transport services is good , heigh position in gear companies with good reputation, hard working workers, cellular activities like function , games ,

Work load is only one person no team work, The incrimant culture is not good, Less incrimant cost, Running full of week , No festival holiday, Food facility is very bad, Security system is not good, No value of hard working person.
