I have surved for three organization yet but the culture of value & believe , ethics of GMR are found to be very satisfactory . Open atmosphere to show your talent which is getting always recognise. Unique thing is proactive atmosphere to get work executed and SOPs of all process after team brain storming and risk assessment only. I am always be a privilege for being part of this esteemed organization with such great leadership.

Good work environment but only for who are good in the eyes of management. company polices are good but only for those who are favored by management. Off cycle increments for some of the employees. Company is good but management (plant head) is biased favors only those who are loved by management.

Dislikes

No carrer growth. Too much of politics only selected person get good ratings every year. Only one man(plant head) decides all things. One who raises voice against this person their carrer get vanished.

It's owner to work with specialist person near about me. I learned very much things from them. It's pleasure to work at GMR ENERGY LTD WARORA.

job security and accommodation not provided in our contactual that's the one thing not likeable. Else Company good to work.
