Overall its good to work here. Only problem is its location, near Angul Odisha. The salary they offer is also not upto the mark. They have 10% variable scheme, which you will get after completion of every year. Normally 80-90%, you will be getting. Work pressure is OK, work life balance is also good. You can join here but join at good package

Good working culture. Teammates are really supportive and good space in pantry. Appraisal are fair and salary good enough & good hike! Company policies are fair. Training given to new joinee.

Due to bond career growth is slow. Otherwise great place to work no doubt!

I like my seniors and there support in my career growth. Scenario has been changed and my seniors too... it is typically lala type company.

HR and compensation. What they show you didnt get. They have plenty of money to waste on programmes then on employee benefits

Team was very nice and supportive. Got a lot of exposure of work relating to my field. Lot of extra curricular activities as well.

Saturdays are working, salary hike is very slow, Administration rules in the office are being made rigid day by day, which seems like vey schoolish.
