New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Only one thing like about the company is the brand (Pen) only

1. Monday to Saturday work 2. 9 to 5.30 3. No on time salary 4. Sometime salary not provided 5. No bonus 6. No Increment 7. Once you relieve the company they will not give the FNF it will take around 6 months 8. Totally a pathetic company

... even care if you live. You will be arcade for others just for chilling purpose. Company policy are very bad in terms of transportation and salary . They decut your salary , when company is not running that includes covid suitvation also. worst scenario suitvation is right there now. Now they have changed name G.M.Pens to Rorito International.no appraisals will be there even you work for five years.they provide average salary . No hike and bonus will be average pay.

...ost valuable assets , but in fact they run the policits inside the organisation.no job grantees or salary.

Definateily after connected to GM pens, I haven't ever felt about the job security , career growth, salary & other's benefits during the job. I had spent very good 15yrs very respectively. All the my Maneger's & colegues were well behaved & cultrer . Companie's vision is very prograsive , along with products quality ,designing ,& recognise the need of consumer. GM PENS has shown a great example after launchd the RORITO brand ... & also captured the massive area in very shortest periods ...
