...Covid-19 and despite of returning to normal the salaries are still not restored. The rules related to leaves, salary, PF etc. are changed frequently as to suit the management.

Absolutely stagnant growth atmosphere. There are no appraisals fro last two years. Rules of salary, leaves, PF etc. are changed frequently to suit the management requirements. The salaries are reduced to a tune of 10-40% on pretext of Covid-19 and is still not restored despite of normalization of work situation.

It gave new chances to persone and help people to grow and one good thing is its salary. Salary credited the same month

Dislikes

The pressure is enormous . But it is not for the work. The highr management tortured the lower level employees and harrasm them. They continue to do 12 hrs shift.not a single day for resting our bodies. They think that all the human beings are machine or there slave. This company follows slave ideology.they think that that have bought all the employees and now they have to work acc to them. They dont have empathy and sympathy towards any of the workers

It is a good company to start your career. The Management Is Co-operative and not toxic. Seniors are always their to help you out and guide. Work load may vary, But it is manageable.

There is a lot of independence in working with a little interference.

The management has a discriminatory behaviour while doing appraisals and in general too. Achievers are given less than the loser blue eyed boys.
