They provide opportunities for learning

... grade and packages. They are not lifting the old employees by grade or package. We end up with less salary until we get retired.

They give lots of training to there employees to do the work well. Knowledge sharing by training department is good think. Good training department available for employees.

Dislikes

They maintain partiality in Salary and promotions and Hr department do not responsive/ favors for employees. Management level is not Good for employees.

Few of the bosses are great to work with and they genuinely encourage and appreciate quality work and foster growth.

Dislikes

...d earned money and all under the guise of calling themselves an ethical company. Salary and appraisals are better not spoken about.
