...tion policies are more that 15years old. No on the job training for new joiners. Salary revision also not happening to match the feet with the rivalry companies in the same industry.

Those who are with Gmmco for long they get very excellent respects, but salary is not as per New joiners in same post / fields. Work pressure on field person / engineers for achieving targets, No proper guidelines provided by department heads.
