It's near from home,. Familiar atmosphere here. Working process is quite good. Colleagues are supportive.

Dislikes

We are not getting promotion and salary as per our work and performance. It's not only for me but for many people. Promotion period is too long to get officer level from supervisor.

Likes

Good teams on the ground level and decent compensation.

Dislikes

Management is neither supportive nor encouraging. Almost no HR policies for employee welfare. Highly centralised and everything is driven by few people. No work-life balance. Branded as MNC but the work culture is very toxic. Doesn't recommend it for anyone.

I truly have no complaints; I thoroughly enjoyed my time at GMM Pfaudler. I am greatful to have been a part of such a leading manufacturing organization.

Location, work life balance due to location less transportation and residential areas near by, schooling and other facilities are good in Anand City , major benifit is location is very nice to stay long and settle

Dislikes

Favouritism in Promoting, top management not aware what's going on in company, they see only people sitting at head office and main office, people working in shop floor are constantly ignored

Distance from resident areas very less, flexible work timing, Gujarati people in majority

Dislikes

Partiality, Favouritism, Lobbying, No promotion for deserving professional if you don't have someone at top with personal relations outside company, instead of promoting high performance existing employees, hiring superiors with different industry exposure and no relevant experience just they have someone at high post backing them
