Company is good but not taking ownership or Positive side for Employee. Incentive policy is Zero, Job Security is Zero, Career Growth is Zero Even Employees who are in this company with last 6 years on same profile. Appraisal is not as expected only 5% whether you are performer or not. Distributor is everything for this Company who can Decide your job.

...ctor there is no job security. It totally depends on your skill and your output. Policies are good as well as in terms of compensation little behind the market.

...employee ctc only Bonus only basic salary They only support to marwadi person. Committed for promotion with salary benefit but still waited a year and tried many times for resolve my query but didn't entertainment me. They want one person do all work. Exit process is very worst. They've no time limit for fnf clearance.
