Nothing at all. Mr. Karim Lalani (also known as Kas Lalani) and his son Mr. Khayl Reis Lalani are frauds! Their fraudulent practices are posted on LinkedIn!

Mr. Kas Lalani and Mr. Khayl Reis have managed to delete the review posted in September 2024, however, the review is still online on Glassdoor, which I am compelled to type here again. 1) Unpaid Dues: The father and son duo have not paid their former employees, including myself, as we still await out final settlements. It's an irony that while we await our long overdue F&Fs, the CEO Mr. Khayl Reis Lalani, and President Mr. Karim Lalani continue to deflect responsibility. Their excuse? A lack of funds. Yet, according to well-placed sources, the Lalanis had allegedly earned close to $10,000/- in August 2024 via DMM Services Pvt. Ltd. - a second company they own. The hypocrisy is glaring, given the fact that they are able to fulfil personal expenses, including a monthly rent in Andheri - West, that is reported to exceed Rs. 1,00,000/- a month (in fact, it's closer to Rs. 2,00,000/- a month)! 2) The Disappearing Act: Further compounding the issue is the Lalanis decision to shut down their office in Andheri - West. This might have been a strategic move to cut costs but it could be because of the mess they've created. The Glutaweis (now Glutaweiss) team consist of just an office boy, while the DMM team works from home. It's interesting to note that DMM generates income in USD. 3) Financial Irregularities: According to a former HR Head, one of the most egregious examples of the companies financial malpractices is the deduction of TDS without remitting the amount to the appropriate authorities. 4) A complete lack of accountability: In a move that smacks of cowardice, the CEO Khayl Reis Lalani and President Karim (Kas Lalani) deactivated their LinkedIn profiles shortly after their former HR Head posted a review on the site, expressing her frustration over the non-payment of her dues. Instead of addressing the criticism, he chose to deactivate his account. It's shocking to read the comments on that post, as so many former employees have spoken about mental harassment by the father-son duo. The Lalanis can choose to take this review down again, however, this review is still online on Glassdoor and it will soon be posted on Google as well. While former employees await their dues, the Lalanis continue to live their lives led by lies and greed.

Very good bosses, perfect working culture & environment, good growth, new opportunities to upgrade oneself. There is a transparency between the management & staff. I am honored to be a part of Glutaweis family.
