There is a bond for 3 years. No job security they will make you to resign any time & they won't give any experience letter even they won't issue an appointment order while joining. Payslip providing culture was not in there management. Can't expect anything from management side for employees except salary,PF like this

There is no employee benefits, not a good place to learn, freshes should not go. You will learn nothing. Job security is zero. They ll thrown out if they Don't like you or your performance.
