Employee benefits can be introduced like points to redeem or bonus or team lunch allowance atleast quarterly, option to insurance policy to group policy with extra charge.

...ou feel when you join right at start. But what lacks most is exactly that only. Salary payment at the mentioned day - apart from the rest of the torture, the salary paid here happens at the right time and day.

Very poor job security - company asks to deliver above average performance every week that doesn't concern even the salary paid for it. You might be considered to be thrown out any day depending on your performance, you might be asked to deliver improvised performance if not you will be shifted or terminated. Poor company culture - Nobody matters any concern at all. Everyone is little to none bothered here about anyone. Company looks for standard in employees which is something I totally regret since joining there and the sole reason to leave.

They will not increase the salary after giving best performance till 2 years too salary is totally not acceptable and it looks like shift scheuldule is not proper always night shifts

Dislikes

Never cares the employees. If they have high chats they will not give leave even you are not good in health. And when someone keep papers, they won't retain them and in addition they will say, we don't need anyone as we have enough number of heads. Worst policies and never show even 1% concern on agents who work for them.
