Company is nice ,company organize training and many more for skill development, company provide many more but Senior don't let the younger employee.

Salary is below the average,I don't no about Carrier growth because it just like a tortoise.senior treat like a bounded labour. Too much work load one person maintain approx.120 machine.

Compony lettar head asked for emp we secure your future but not secure in you submit all report then few days leather you have come maney mail why you not send report some of zero type head torchar you every day so very good compony for chip

You can have work life balance here,if your manager is good. You can decide your work timing ,but according to call TAT & SLA.

Salry is very poor,no growth in career, if your manager is not good it'll be a hell of life.
