Salary, reimbursement not on time....Huge delay. Miscommitment on variable pay. First it was told that it would be monthly payout before joining, then it changed to quarterly after my joining .....But when I left after 4 months my variable pay has been forfeited. They have cheated my Rs. 24999/- of variable pay. Lot of unorganized things are there. No proper planning.

...fforts here. Engagement activities, excellent colleagues, supportive management. On time salary, appraisal. It's a place where one has the opportunity to learn and grow if they have the right and positive mindset to work and contribute.

they are not giving salary on timely origination not working as per the rules this company doing scam at last this company tarminate there all employees just because employees are asking for there salary... worst experience ever had

...ntastic to work since at Glocal one had a way to learn experience new things. However you would not be paid anything and even your salary. If one can manage with his or her pocket. Then it's a great place.

Work culture,process are very professional, their have much more learning scope. Management also cooperative.

There have only problem that poucity of fund to release salary in time towards employee but now management try to solve this issue.
