Working environment is very bad..senior people do not know how to talk a women..they dnt have any intention to give salary per month..my 3 month salary is still pending..I have left the company..disgusting nd fraud company..

Salary, reimbursement not on time....Huge delay. Miscommitment on variable pay. First it was told that it would be monthly payout before joining, then it changed to quarterly after my joining .....But when I left after 4 months my variable pay has been forfeited. They have cheated my Rs. 24999/- of variable pay. Lot of unorganized things are there. No proper planning.

...fforts here. Engagement activities, excellent colleagues, supportive management. On time salary, appraisal. It's a place where one has the opportunity to learn and grow if they have the right and positive mindset to work and contribute.

...ntastic to work since at Glocal one had a way to learn experience new things. However you would not be paid anything and even your salary. If one can manage with his or her pocket. Then it's a great place.
