Great working experience in Globussoft. Colleagues are very supportive and encouraging, management is very helpful and they will guide us to improve our skills and knowledge. Company policies are effective and appraisals are fair.

Salary hike needs to be increase.

Globussoft is an employee friendly company in nature and we can handle a balance between work and personal life. This company gives importance for work as well as self development.

Salary is decent but increment does not meets with the market standards.

Globussoft is a finest company to work at. Job security, timely salary are some of perks working here. Work stress is also less and work-life balance is absolutely there. Overall a great company to work at.
