...d laptop they said use on device For mobile testing i have use on self device. Salary is too much less. They didn't given proper on time appraisal. While I'm working that company i learn lot of thing thanks Globussoft given the opportunity to start my career.

1. Balancing work-life is terrible. 2. The career growth ladder is steep and takes a long time. 3. There is a disparity in the pay scale for employees.

The company policies are nice. Appraisals are easy, simple and they give good salary hike and promotions. Good place to work at.

Dislikes

Only thing which I dislike is the leave policy. I would request the management to upgrade the leave policy.

Globussoft is a finest company to work at. Job security, timely salary are some of perks working here. Work stress is also less and work-life balance is absolutely there. Overall a great company to work at.
