Recently changed their name to Virkauf DMC but ad they say the wolf never changes his clothing. Sick management, no respect for employees, no leaves even on government designated holidays, stay away from this royal mess

Work pressure is not a problem .. but there is no fair deal in the salary or incentives part. Giving own business and not getting incentive up to the said incentive structure .. No one will work in such companies when the owners did not know how to have a fair deal on the business part .. Managers are manipulative when it comes to incentive part. Nothing is organized in the company .. no protocol whether its your PL or salary .. the deduct salaries even on a 1 day leave. work is never highlighted or appreciated .. salaries are also given late . Have to wait for so many days for salaries and incentives .. no respect and value for employees ...
