...is company last 2+ years but no appraisal & no performance review by HR Team. 3. As per GT policy salary disbursement period 7th to 10th every month. But every month salary would be credited in employee account 10th every month. 4. Didn't provide any type of skills & certificate. 5. Not a single meeting with HR in my working period. 6. Worst Company & Worst team member.

They don't aware about increament and appraisal of an employee. Salary timing not fixed you can receive the same between 1st of every month to 12th of every month. Explained salary deduction. Etc etc.

I am taking better care of my pet than company cares about their employees. Company just provides salary for your work and nothing else.

Dislikes

No benefits, No appraisal, No learning or training or promotion. Only work and salary. No extra benefits and after a year employee will start feeling dissatisfied.

...words of their client only.You doesnt matter for them in anyway once you joined. Every month you should appeal for your proper in hand salary because thats how the company treats you. You should work as per client requirement.Even for overtime also you wont get any benefit No job security 100%

No Job Security here , They are providing very Late Salary 7th Day of the Month, and P.F is not Crediting in the account as shared in Appointment Letter
