The company has no sort of care for the employees. To the management, we are like cattles. Amateur management skills, decisions are taken not with strategy but through emotions. 0% ethics are maintained. Most of the people, leaving out the top most positions English is a scarcity. U can't see P of professionalism here. They break their own rules, sack you when they want and oiling or buttering is surviving over here. Please join this company if you are dying of hunger, or else never. Lastly, they target freshers to eat their brains for cheap labor amounts. Shameful!!!

... for most of time. Why?? Because the company lost all foreign language projects. I was sacked because they had to pay me more than a normal employee.
