The things I like most about this company are - *Working Hours *Flexibility *Saturday & Sunday 2 days weekoff *No micro management *I personally felt close, respected in my HR team with all the seniors who guided me in every step & valued me for the work I do. *I got bigger exposure as an Internal HR here which lead to professional skill development. *My HOD of Sales & BD Team is very cooperative & belives in what I do. Never questions my desicions rather it is applicable for all of the HODs I work with. *The Company culture is overall good which also depends on the team someone is belonging from. * Work pressure is manageable . * The maintenance of the hygine in the company & overall presentation is top notch & highly rated. * Working professionals from every team are humble & helpful. * Security & house keeping people are very humble & professional in what they do. * Over all it feels good to have the brand name & belonging from a good working culture.

Only the office timining are hood which is from 9.30 to 6.30 at the corporate office. Other than that nothing
