Friendly nature of our company's director, Working with co-workers. People around here are very helpful.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Few things: 1. Working hours not flexible, coming late they are deducting the salary. 2. You should come on time but the leaving time is not defined yet. 3. Pathetic leave policy. Only 1.25 leave in a month. 4. Maternity leave - 1 day. 5. Appraisal never happen on time.
