They are pure body shopping shops with no ethics and work culture.

Dislikes

They don't have any idea about clients work culture and or timings and they will give you joining as permanent employee but they don't have any work ethic and no client for you. They don't even give you time and ask you to go the day client ends the contract. Then what's the meaning if permanent employee with Globex. At least they should look some more clients even when they are informed a month earlier. They don't do FnF in time. One word for them is pure body shop with no work ethics. Don't recommend any one to join them as third party.

My Management main aim is employees satisfaction and safety and give the job security, so provide the work from home facility and help to support create office environment in home. That is really helpful to out work.
