Worst company ever I worked with. They will not pay your salaries if you are not achieving 100% of your targets. They will not give time to perform, start judging you from 1st month itself. The worst person is director and sales head, they threaten you about legal things if you wish to resign.

Being at Globe is good but openion from HOSs or subordinates are not taken. Standard is set very high but resources are very less.

Salary deduction without any consideration, enquiry or even giving a chance for explaining.

They are just depends on old people who are only 4 to 5 person just because old company,they dint even provide salary worst HR i ever seen waist my time over here beleive me.

Unethical Practies and lack of employee support

I worked for Globe Moving and unfoertunately had a negtive experince, during my employeement, i felt that i was used for purpose that were not transparent or ethical. when i was involved in accident, the company failed to provide any form of insurence or support, which i belived is a basic responsibility for any employee. Despit my exit from the company, they continued to misuse my employment detail, which i find highly unprofessional. this experince has beed disappointing and highlights a lack of care and responsiblity towards employees. I would cautione anyone considering working with this company to thoroghly investigate their policies and employee support system beforehad.
