Almost apart from the salary Everything is wrong with the organization. Zero planning, zero people management, Licking Clients. If an employee leaves, there is no hiring to fill up the place, so the rest of the people keeps on suffering for the time being. Overworking without any choice, whatever the management says people got to do that no matter how bad the decisions are, all in all if you work here, you cannot have a personal opinion. Zero job security, you can be kicked out at any point of time. If you don't want that you got to have good relationship with the management people. Same thing goes for the promotions as well. All in all no hope for Future.

The only good thing is the timely salary (Only for those who have ICICI account from the beginning; rest depends on the 1st month if it is a banking day)

...ns deep, and favoritism is openly displayed, leaving others at disadvantages. 2. Job security here is just a myth, and salary hikes are as insignificant as buying a pack of Parle G biscuits. Promotions and career growth? forget about it! Its nothing more than an illusion. the work place atmosphere resembles Mirzapur, where internal politics and powers struggles are rampant, despite the company having had the same 150 employees for the past 3years. While they preach a family like culture, it's more about back stabbing at the right oppurtunity. 3. If you are expecting career growth stability or ethical management, look elsewhere. This place is a circus, and the joke is on those who expect professionalism and fairness.
