Nothing to like about this LaLa company.

Dislikes

Too many things to dislike, not sure from where to start. Just don't join this company otherwise, you'll regret for your whole life, being unemployed is better than working this horrible company, higher management & managers here are the worst I have ever seen in my life, HRs are puppet & employees are slav*s. No job security, no work life balance, no respectful behavior, no empathy towards employees and their well being.

Company thinks they own you for your whole life . Don’t expect anything from them and they will behave as of you are there personal property Shit work culture , No WLB Company is run by family members,favourism and biasedness for family members

Nothing much to like about this small organisation which is trying to grow with more of office politics .

No Appraisals, No Retaining , No growth , A lot of Office Politics , Concerns and Issues are not heard and discussed,

Manager, working environment and ethics are totally pathetic. Join if you want mental torture and frustrations from day 1.

Dislikes

Manager is horrible and pathetic person , 1 room office, Abusive and horrible culture. HR has no power and they can fire you anytime. I was mentally harrassed and when I complaint they raised false allegations of poor performance. It's better to be jobless than joining here .
