Best organization only if you want to do timepass. Worst management. Even they just leave employees who is not able to join pune office in this Pendamic period.

Salary is very low, full politics no appraisal even after giving 100% no career growth.

No worklife balance. irregular shift timings. Salary was not as per skill and Qualifications. Unpaid leave’s if project is not available. Nobody gets promoted even if they are working from 3 years..

Good senior and learning opportunities. HR are helpful to the employees.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

If there are no projects a tester is put on Vacation, i.e., leave without pay. Appraisal and promotion is very rare even after 3-5 years of working in the company. Inventory manager is rude and does not co-operate.

no salary growth, no hikes, they are cutting your meal money from your salary even if candidate working from home. Not giving reimbursement. Unequally treat employees. Making fun on someones emotions. they hack the employees phones to make fun of them and irritate them.
