Working here is like dream, if you have already settled in your life. If you want to make career from zero don't come here. This is Heaven only for the people born with silver spoon. As your growth here is horrible. But work satisfaction is 100%.

Dislikes

Salary is very poor compare to the market. No other compensations no extra benefits no bonus, not a penny extra for anything. Have to work on holidays with half of the salary.

Likes

Good senior and learning opportunities. HR are helpful to the employees.

Dislikes

If there are no projects a tester is put on Vacation, i.e., leave without pay. Appraisal and promotion is very rare even after 3-5 years of working in the company. Inventory manager is rude and does not co-operate.

The company is great for people who want to build their careers in the testing field. It is especially good for freshers but not for long time.

Dislikes

for experienced employees, there is no salary increase over the years; even people with two years of experience receive the same salary as freshers.

I liked the management and workout of the process there and also the satisfactory salary benefits along with the promotional benefit. I would recommend everybody there to join this company for having the best experience initially as a fresher and for having a king-like-lifestyle.

Dislikes

Honestly, I didn't dislike anything regarding the work in Global Step because everything works out as per the definition of a MNC Company. But there is a thing that one should keep in mind while working in this company and that is one's own dignity. One may lose one's own job if he/she acts suspicious overthere so we need to keep our profile well maintained while working there. An employee can have jokes with his/her colleagues and friends but along with his/her dignity as impression plays a very important role in these type of companies.

Dislikes

no salary growth, no hikes, they are cutting your meal money from your salary even if candidate working from home. Not giving reimbursement. Unequally treat employees. Making fun on someones emotions. they hack the employees phones to make fun of them and irritate them.
