Worked for 2 years and got only 2000 rupees hike.. didn't got any joining bonus as they promised.. Hr will connect and ask to drop a paper and they will release immediately.

-Micromanagement. -Manager are not supportive. -From 2.5 yrs no hike/appraisal of even single rupee even after getting promoted and no clear statement from management on this. -No financial and knowledge Growth after 1 year. -3 month notice period.

...- life balance here. Employees are ask to work 12-14 hours and on weekends also. And are told to have no expectation of compensation for that. Companies main focus is client only they don't think about their employees at all.

No hike since 2 years They are providing unjustifiable salary to their employees as per their skillset and when those employees come on bench then company gets collapsed and can't afford to pay hikes to its employees working on project by giving reasons as they have so many people on bench.
