...tive it's really good. Peers from Globallogic are really great and supportive. Initially provided package is good.

- No proper communication formal communications from the upper management. They announced the no appraisal information over meeting after 4 months of employees bothering about this whether it'll be provided or not. And there's no formal communication at all. It was announced like a mobster meeting. - Another headache is you have to update your work status into clients jira, local GSheet for the Chennai team and then another GSheet for Nagpur management. - In terms of work life balance, you need to attend lot of meetings in the late night. Since there's one more team working from USA.

All depends on project you work once you became non billable resource to them they start torturing you only Hindi language preferences given fully north Indian domination in all internal projects to servire you need to learn Hindi language otherwise you will never survive in global logic

Only Advantage this company has is it don't have variable pay and shift allowance is considerably higher than the rest of the companies.

Company has a good client base, and there are client on site and off site working is available according to the project, employee re-hire policy is good, hence a good work life balance culture.

Dislikes

Though fine place to work until you expect a good salary with decent hike every year, although work life is balanced but pressure to achieve the target is always a burden, where quality of work is sacrificed to achieve the numbers every quarter, also its a yearly hike (which they made from july i.e.) which does not go well if you achieve their benchmark as management holds 45% of your annual rating.

The work culture is good its a great place to learn new skills. Job security is good and so is the management.

Dislikes

Career growth is a bit average here. Salary is good if you negotiate during salary discussion but the appraisals are just average.
