Confused management. No thoughts behind outcomes. Zero growth in sales. CEO and VP of sales have no idea on processes. They think business will fly and settle in their pockets. They should be challenged to take up calling for 2 months and prove delivering business of 300000 and 2 customers every month. They are the reason of this toxic culture at thr company as they start blaming people and then threatening sales people to fire. They do not have any process clarity and nothing is written. So, be ready to be blamed for everything! No basis of promotions. Recently, collection manager was promoted to a technically sound position of projects head! She doesnt even know the basics of stones.

Liked it's hybrid nature of work only. People are randomly trying to do anythings without a proper company goal. Not a good place to work definitely.

Work life is hell here, no proper growth, no company aim, they just rely on funding for surviving.

I think this question is not suitable for terrible company like GlobalFair.

Their Inside sales team is one of the worst team. Their head of sales has one of the favorite chic, maybe because they are of same religion, whom he will be supporting all time. Secondly no can raise their voice for all the dirty things happening in the team, if someone raise their voice they are being fired or are forced to quit the company. U will never get the credits of the work u are doing, all the credits are taken by manager and u are portrayed as u did nothing and u will be fored to quit. Kudos to blind Cxo team, who is unable to find what is happening in inside sales team , who is working and who is not and forcing the employees to quit who are actually working Here appraisals are given to person who is taking credits of all the hard work done by juniors and if someone take it to HR or the CEO they are forces to quit the company. I would say never join this company, your mental health is of utmost importance.

one thing that stood out about GlobalFair was its remote work flexibility. It helps me with work-life balance. this flexibility allowed me to be more productive and efficient while also providing me with the freedom to manage my personal life. I would recommend GlobalFair as a great place to work.
