Dislikes

Unstable salary structure which doesn't reward loyalty and employees work innovation. Opaque revenue streams which do not give the true picture of Company’s health. HR department virtually defunct. No employee retention policy resulting in 25% of skilled personnel exiting the Company in last 24 months.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The incident which happened with company's senior most person made me realize to look for better opportunities outside.

Dislikes

1. You need to report to five bosses instead on one boss. 2. The senior management is more interested in employees personal life than their work. 3. One of the senior management has the right to humiliate women employee especially the chairperson of women redressal committee (POSH). 4. Poor Management bias when it comes to appraisals. 5. CEO does not have hold of anything. Company is majorly run by CFO and Finance department. 6. The company is unethical from head to toe. 7. Remuneration are not as per market standard. 8. Till date employees are getting paid half half salaries since pandemic.

My Teammates are very helpful in any situation im in, even if i have made a mistake there is a way that they make me understand My boss's are just WOW very amazing people to be with and most importantly comfortable in working with :-)
