...y ur name will be called out on floor or else cheap kind of looks will be given. After doing lot of hardships the advisor makes bonus and incentives. Still the top level manager who manages the overall brand will simply come and say that you guys are making easy money. Many companies don’t offer this kind of bonus. ( the company need to understand that the employee after lot of fights and hard work and torture they get, they make money on which there are again slabs on getting bonus). These are dislikes and I am unable to paste the same in dislikes

Job Security, On-time salary, Good colleagues, Good for marketing folks.

Dislikes

Repetitive work, Leadership lacking knowledge about Data, No formal training program for employees inspite being an educational firm.

Likes

Work culture, time flexibility, company policies and job security. They encourage employees to hone their skills and provide with necessary training whenever possible. They encourage women to take up leadership roles.

Dislikes

Compensation could be better. Although timings are flexible but work life balance is affected when working from home.

Base salary is good (Though no guarantee if the variable part will ever be paid)

Dislikes

No recognition for achievers. No job security. Bad internal processes leading to constant infighting between Direct sales and BDs. Higher management insensitive to requests for intervention when something is unfair. Really bad managers at mid/mid-senior level.

Higher management is pathetic, no job security, HR can call you anytime and can as you to leave with any reason,and even if you are a performer, incentives are pending from last 9 months and whenever asked about the incentives then only gives excuses that approval is pending from management side. managers takes out there personal grudge. I would not like to suggest anyone to join this company.
